[Operating Hours]

* March 29, 2025 (Sat) 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KST)

* March 30, 2025 (Sun) 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KST)

• “FAM ZONE” gifts can only be claimed during the designated operating hours.
  Please kindly plan your visit accordingly.
• Guests who arrive at the queue at least 10 minutes before closing on both days
  will be eligible to claim their gifts. Those arriving after this time will not be able to receive a gift.

[How to Claim]

• To receive your gift, please visit the 'FAM ZONE' during operating hours, verify your identity, and present your physical concert ticket for the day along with your G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP

[Required Items]

1. G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Digital Card

• Available in the [G-DRAGON b.stage app → MY → My Membership → Membership Digital Card] section.

2. Identification (ID Card)

• For Korean Nationals: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth Card (issued by a community center), Mobile ID (issued via Government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS issued).
• For Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card.

3. Physical Ticket for G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN KOREA, presented by Coupang Play (for the specific concert date).

• Gifts can only be claimed with a physical ticket for the specific concert date. Tickets for other dates and printed booking confirmations will not be accepted.

• Upon claiming your gift, a mark will be placed on your physical concert ticket to prevent duplicate claims.

* Photos and screenshots of the above required items will not be accepted. You must present the physical items or official mobile versions for verification.

[Important Notices]

* The “FAM ZONE” GIFT is only available to G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP holders who present a physical concert ticket for the event day.

* Gifts can only be claimed during the designated operating hours. Please ensure you visit within these hours.

* Each person may participate in “FAM ZONE” only once per day. Duplicate claims are not allowed.

* You must bring all the below three required items for identity verification. Failure to provide any of these items will result in gift ineligibility.

③ Physical Ticket for G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN KOREA, presented by Coupang Play (for the specific concert date).

* If you booked the ticket under a family member’s name, you must provide the following additional documents:

• Gift collection is only permitted for direct family members (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the ticket holder with proof of relationship.

① One of the following original documents: Family Relationship Certificate or Resident Registration Certificate.

②Ticket purchaser’s ID card.

③ Actual attendee’s ID card

* Photos and screenshots of required items will not be accepted. You must present the physical items or official mobile versions for verification.

* Upon claiming your gift, a mark will be placed on your physical concert ticket to prevent duplicate claims.

* Gifts cannot be exchanged if damaged. However, confirmed defective items may be exchanged only once on the day of receipt. Exchanges will not be possible after booth operating hours or after the concert.

* For “FAM ZONE”, guests who arrive at the queue at least 10 minutes before closing on both days will be able to claim their gift. Arrivals after this time will not be accepted. Please make sure to arrive in advance to complete the process smoothly.

* It is strictly prohibited to use another person’s information, transfer, or sell the gift. If caught, you will lose your eligibility for the gift, have your membership revoked, and will not receive a refund. (Immediate membership termination without notice.)

* Please follow the instructions of on-site staff for smooth booth operations.

* We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to review this notice. Please make sure to read and understand all the details carefully.
