We would like to inform you of the etiquette guidelines for using the G-DRAGON OFFICIAL FAN COMMUNITY.

Please carefully review the information below. 




Following the launch of the G-DRAGON OFFICIAL FAN COMMUNITY in January 2025, a G-DRAGON OFFICIAL FAN COMMUNITY unified notice  was released to encourage the development of a healthy and exemplary fan culture.


However, it has come to our attention that inappropriate behavior by a small number of users has created difficulties in maintaining smooth and positive communication between the artist and fans.


The fan community is a space built with mutual respect, where the artist and fans can interact freely. To continue fostering a pleasant and constructive environment, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following etiquette guidelines.




Please be advised that violations of the unified notice or any of the following guidelines may result in post deletion, community usage restrictions, or permanent bans without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Please refrain from making careless remarks or actions that may damage the image or reputation of the artist or the fandom. 

 

Please avoid excessive criticism of specific fans within the fandom, as well as the dissemination of false information that may lead to unnecessary disputes.

 

In addition, any actions that harm the image or reputation of the artist or the fandom will be subject to appropriate measures depending on the severity and impact of the behavior.
Even if such actions were not identified at the time, disciplinary action may be taken upon confirmation through clear evidence or reports.

 

Please refrain from any careless behavior that may damage the image or reputation of the artist or the fandom (including excessive criticism of specific fans within the fandom, spreading false information that could cause controversy, or defamation of other artists).

 

🔇 The following actions are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a healthy fan community environment. 🔇


[Prohibited Conduct in the Fan Community]

1. Defaming, mocking, comparing, expressing hatred toward, or impersonating the artist, staff members, or specific users


2. Discriminatory expressions, mockery, or hate speech based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, region, or disability


3. Mentioning, comparing, belittling, criticizing, or inciting division regarding other artists or fandoms.

 

4. Using profanity, sarcastic expressions, slang, or any other vulgar language that may cause discomfort to others

 

5. Distributing slanderous content from outside the community or referring to unrelated private conversations. 

 

6. Spamming comments or posts, continuously posting complaints or defamatory content, or maliciously reporting specific users—any actions that violate community policies or disturb the community atmosphere.


7. Acts for private commercial purposes, such as sales, exchanges, advertising, promotions, fundraising, encouraging personal votes unrelated to the artist, directing to external site links, or pressuring purchases, are prohibited.


[Guidelines for Posts and Comments in the Fan Community]

The NOTICE board is used to deliver official announcements and accurate information to all fans.

However, due to the spread of false information and unnecessary disputes in some comments, please be advised that if such issues continue, the comment function on all NOTICE posts may be restricted.

We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Additionally, when writing posts or comments addressed to the artist, please observe basic community etiquette.

We regularly monitor the fan support email to carefully listen to your valuable feedback and reports.

We deeply appreciate your continued love and support, and we strive to review the many heartfelt messages you send.

However, when multiple inquiries are received simultaneously, there may be delays in identifying situations and providing timely responses. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

1. For faster review, please ensure that the content you wish to convey is organized in a concise and clear manner when writing the email.

 

2. For inquiries related to the products and services you have used, please contact the customer service center of the respective seller for more accurate and faster assistance.

 

3. Emails that contain defamation, the imposition of personal opinions, targeting other fans, or any content that could cause disputes may be restricted from being received or responded to.
