G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] Ticket Fraudulent Booking / Illegal Trade Measures and Membership Sanctions Announcement

We are providing you with following information regarding the handling of fraudulent bookings and illegal trading of tickets for the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch], as well as related membership sanctions.
[Notice of Cancellation for Fraudulent Ticket Bookings]
The pre-sale for this concert, as previously announced on the official pre-sale site, will result in the cancellation of bookings—without prior notice or refund—if fraudulent booking or illegal trading is clearly identified or strongly suspected.
Accordingly, if any suspicion arises regarding tickets booked through abnormal channels, those tickets will be collectively cancelled without prior notice. The cancelled tickets may be resold at a later date, and detailed information regarding this will be provided in a separate notice.
Additionally, tickets that have been traded at a price exceeding the official sale price or distributed outside of the official sales channels may also be invalidated at the sole discretion of the organizer, without prior notice or refund.
We kindly ask all fans to cooperate by purchasing tickets only through the official ticketing outlets for each performance. Transactions made through unofficial channels are not protected by the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Commerce Act, and the buyer alone bears full responsibility for any damages. The organizer assumes no liability for damages arising from tickets purchased through illegal means, and we strongly recommend using only official ticketing channels to prevent such issues.
The organizers will continue to monitor ticket sales and will enforce cancellations and invalidations of fraudulent bookings on an ongoing basis. If any violations are detected, the tickets will be fully cancelled without prior notice and entry may be denied even if the ticket is presented on the day of the concert.
To ensure a fair ticketing environment and protect the rights of fans, please adhere strictly to the ticketing policies.
[Notice of Membership Disqualification Related to Fraudulent Ticket Bookings]
As previously announced, the pre-sale benefits for the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] are exclusively available to the registered [G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP] members and cannot be sold or transferred to others. If fraudulent booking or trading is detected, the relevant tickets will be cancelled/invalidated, and entry may be restricted.
Accordingly, if any fraudulent ticket bookings or transactions related to this concert are discovered, the member will have their ticket cancelled and their [G-DRAGON OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP] immediately revoked without prior notice and without refund (membership termination without notice).
Once a history of fraudulent transactions is confirmed, the individual will be permanently blacklisted. Even if they attempt to rejoin the membership in the future, their membership will be immediately cancelled without prior notice and refund, and they will be barred from all membership benefits. This includes disqualification from participation in all official events held both online and offline.
Please note that the list of blacklisted individuals will be maintained internally and confidentially to protect personal information. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
