Official Statement Regarding the Japan Fanclub “HOME SWEET HOME” Fan Event

Hello, this is Galaxy Corporation.

First, we would like to sincerely thank all the fans who have shown interest in the ongoing event at Tokyo Tower:「PARTY + 1」The first 「HOME SWEET HOME at Tokyo Tower」.

We would like to clarify that this event is unrelated to the artist and is an unofficial fan event independently planned and prepared by FANPLUSONE JAPAN, the Japanese fanclub management agency, with our acknowledgment.

The purpose of this event was to express our gratitude to the Japanese fans who have supported the Japan fanclub and to provide a meaningful space where fans could interact and connect with one another.

However, during the course of the event, we came to realize—contrary to our initial understanding that the event was a complimentary benefit included in the fanclub membership—that a paid entry to the event space was inevitable. In response, Galaxy Corporation will take full responsibility by issuing a full refund of all previously paid admission fees and will conclude the event early, starting from the final participation session scheduled for today.

In addition, for those who participated in the event onsite and made payments, we sincerely apologize and express our deep gratitude. We will offer complimentary invitations to future official events hosted by Galaxy Corporation. For fans who were unable to attend the venue despite making a reservation, we will issue refunds for the reservation fees and separately provide special goods as a free benefit. Each individual will be contacted directly with details.
